Firma noastră prelucrează date cu caracter personal, în sensul onorării comenzilor primite de la clienții noștri – entități de afaceri sau O.N.G.-uri, pentru identificarea persoanei semnatare și responsabile de respectivele comenzi din partea clienților, conform Codului Civil Român, și timp de 5 ani după onorarea acestora, în sensul respectării obligațiilor legale ale societății, de arhivare documente și financiar-contabile. Datele cu caracter personal prelucrate de către noi sunt: nume, prenume, telefon, email, adresă domiciliu, C.N.P., serie/nr. avt identitate, stare civilă (numai dacă este cazul). Tipurile de prelucrări de date cu caracter personal pe care le efectuăm sunt: colectare, stocare, modificare, extragere, consultare, utilizare, divulgare prin transmitere, diseminare sau punerea la dispoziție în orice alt mod autorităților publice (la solicitarea acestora, conform legii), restricționare, ștergere sau distrugere (prin ardere). Nefurnizarea datelor cu caracter personal de către persoanele vizate conduce la imposibilitatea ori a onorării comenzilor, ori a îndeplinirii obligațiilor legale. Destinatarii datelor prelucrate suntem noi și autorități publice aflate în exercițiul competențelor legale. Persoanele vizate beneficiază de toate drepturile prevăzute de legislația în materie, inclusiv: confirmarea faptului că datele cu caracter personal le sunt sau nu prelucrate; dreptul de a cere rectificarea, actualizarea, blocarea, ștergerea, transformarea în date anonime a datelor prelucrate nelegal, sau notificarea către terți a unor asemenea prelucrări; dreptul de a se opune în orice moment, motivat, prelucrării datelor cu caracter personal, dreptul la portabilitatea datelor. Aceste drepturi pot fi exercitate gratuit, printr-o cerere scrisă, datată și semnată, urmînd să se răspundă, la alegerea persoanei vizate, personal acesteia, sub semnătură, sau prin poștă (inclusiv poștă electronică), la adresa comunicată. Our company processes personal data, for carrying out orders from our companies – business entities, for identifying the person who sings as well as the one responsible of that orders in the client’s behalf, according to the Romanian Civil Code, and for 5 years after their carrying out, for fulfilling our legal obligations. The personal data that we process consists of: name, surname, phone no., email, domicille adress, Personal Number Code, series/no. of the I.D., marital status (only if necessary). The types of processes we carry out with personal data are: collecting, storing, modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing, transmitting, disseminating or otherwise making it available to public authorities (upon request, in accordance with the law) restriction, deleting or destruction (by burning). Not providing the personal data required by their owner leads to the impossibility of carrying out the orders we receive, or the fulfillment of our legal obligations. The recipients of the personal data processed by us are our company and the public authorities, according to their powers provided by law. The owners of the personal data that we process have all the rights provided by the applicable law, including: the confirmation of the fact that the personal data is or isn`t processed, the right to ask the correction, the update, the blocking, the deletion and the transformation in anonymous the data processed illegally, or the notification to third parties of such processes; the right to oppose in any moment, justified, to the process of the personal data, the right to data portability. These rights can be exercised free of charge, by an application sent to us in written, dated and signed, following that the answer will be send to the applicant, according to his option, personally to him, by signing for receiving our answer, or by correspondence (including email), to the address communicated.
